Very interesting market, the inventory is massive. I think the prices have to come down. The buyers can wait much longer than the sellers who are losing money everyday. The condo prices may hold longer as they can be rented out.

Yes, exactly. It's been flippers selling to flippers. If one flipper cannot sell his property, he cannot flip the next one, thus screwing yet another flipper.
