I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings./ j+ x2 u$ R/ v- Z7 n# b# ?5 a7 X# H

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price. 2 c6 Y, J( i2 M; {- Y
