这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

哪个Builder可以在那一片用＄520K建那么大的房子那么大lot？能告知一下吗？谢谢。

Can't you read English? I have stated the builder already.

The base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

6 d- c" m6 d& sI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

% M+ J2 Z/ `3 ^+ V" ^- P- KCurrently, the only deals are on the MLS, not Comfree.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

3 ~* w) E* o6 c8 k- P$ Y* u, s. V对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
