HSBC shut down 38 branches in Canada

HSBC closed 38 branches due to bad mortgage repayment, that meants the bank or mortgage broker will be check borrower's income confirmation more detail....... it is harder to get mortgage approval. also when you search interest rate to different bankes , please asking detail, they may some thing behind.... I will post more articl when I am not that busy for everybody to know. and also real estate is 8--10 yrs circle, Edmonton house increase since 2003. between 2003---2005 it was slow increased, 2005---2007 is bit jump, but still reasonable.... according real estate rule, there other 4-6 yrs for this circle down......
