• monitor progress of agency service providers and coordinators

• design, develop and monitor client-centred programs and activities: M3 S5 Q Z, h* ^! k5 O6 u* ~0 {8 n6 D/ [
• prepare, complete and submit all program proposals including budgets and reports to the funders and key stakeholders$ |% Q/ u: f7 A; g4 ]- @/ u
• set program priorities and directions

• implement and monitor programs and community activities to meet identified needs and trends, r; {& Q9 d' d* d1 I

• maintenance of appropriate reporting+ k4 B3 E# c4 f' I- }( G- i' v
• delivery of program or activity to participants as required9 z( {" S+ _$ q. ^, q9 g
• build on knowledge of community resources in program development

• build, maintain strong relationships with all levels of governments, businesses, community groups, public & funders
6 x" E% \4 n$ z( J! T• communicate the value of the organization to the public& H1 b( j) L3 a" l% g
• identify community needs and trends
, D2 w/ e- Q3 R2 u# S• coordinate and monitor significant programs through liaison/partnership with other community groups
" [2 Z8 b) [7 K3 I; x: \• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups" N( F* `* b5 x: D2 O4 C! `
• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.# E" C( y0 Z) a$ \: d1 ~
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff1 e" j: `5 q- P1 ^2 y/ v7 D

0 p9 Y$ S% A/ F/ @5 o, E2 p' m" q; G% {- University degree in a related field;
9 B0 H _; F. L7 P' ]- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;9 W9 i5 K/ x4 t: @5 w6 W
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
o4 W" N6 x5 o4 s" N) g; b- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization
9 B; E% a+ N7 c: k( ^+ y; I% s

( U. D1 [9 ~$ U, D' O8 S" ?. f- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits
