烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 5 G. d+ C7 [6 u' L/ h
• 4 eggs, well beaten3 D4 v7 c [0 g1 r' k3 p6 L( C9 C1 |

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

$ d* f. s E( d# O2 c1 s0 k/ ?3 WBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.# }( w: Y% `- s6 n5 x

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
