Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
* Z, L& r+ G( u( V9 \1 X  UThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
! v0 X' |* d, Z0 d; o3 oDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
