Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
5 V+ t0 C1 X& [; v* J/ J/ |That unit worths $160,000 this month.
3 P+ P6 d# p5 ]9 x2 |) i* \Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
