Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
2 D* B8 R. ]# w8 j" s9 v8 `Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
2 H, [& g! |: Q$ Z/ MAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
7 i/ N( Y; Q# ~/ c4 {  LDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
