ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the

, }8 i5 z# u# J; `5 a+ precombinant proteins and stable cell lines. To further develop our
technology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness
to apply for government funding with us.

+ H& {# q+ m  S$ yQualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
) M9 g, P6 t& s7 A, W3 [4 |3 mobtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
  }& j; y5 a+ f* Q: trelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
6 [5 o; m1 i. M3 Frequired. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
$ g; i) H# b3 a( o' `  acloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
1 ~6 I9 F6 k- x" S9 k7 k8 wover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
! t' s' U% \2 z3 X9 othe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
0 `$ u3 N; T- v* D: `7 C" Vaccurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external
funding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated
! `$ W; o& x( j- {$ Y- ksalary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
