Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

- f) R$ ~( S8 F6 J, aExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
$ l: H3 ~; g; F: [) M/ [6 r) P1 V1 Y/ _" T
- o5 O( K0 z8 u  ]+ h* }% j# I" wPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

- m6 ~+ G& J' h5 _Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Ability to precisely follow written and verbal directions.

/ J" s8 u  @" q! ?Previous industrial working experience is a great asset.

3 T' r. s, w+ Z7 fMinimum Qualifications
