Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).8 w' Z, Y' E, \; r9 a8 {$ P
1 m, `# F0 z0 L$ {2 EFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress./ ~4 N( w$ |2 ~! a0 y( m

* O( s4 y; Q' {! N, a5 MThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.. d) v* ?. G0 A J! g3 @2 Z5 l; j

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

S0 R: Q# t5 G) S3 VHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.3 V6 [; m+ s; {) `6 w3 _* H, f- x

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20). E; h4 Q0 a6 n. W/ j: h" n
5 }" y$ g9 @8 `; i3 {; U i2 fHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
