Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
7 [ q+ R6 J- ^ P' J. ]# G1 ]-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

' k! l' Z+ h( g. hOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.6 ~* ^( O8 ?9 E; v0 q# e" |9 h0 p
) t' f/ T. J/ `% x7 RHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.$ z9 S7 c1 e, p' s/ j4 j1 Q

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).: c! t k9 S u- M9 p: X$ F

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
