BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader* a% v# S2 @+ K* L5 d
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok./ _& t' t+ t. r8 [- o
-Other questions:
9 j# b; x- A3 w* c! xManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

/ i0 G. D( u. z. ]. Z* \Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.* L: @7 K2 H8 Q" L

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.5 D& y s: W6 ^3 v# c! Q% e

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

* H# H! \8 B: z0 m0 JHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
