Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
: ?) k9 b1 V9 C5 s% t-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

. d$ R2 w% T* OManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).0 u. t+ X$ |8 l- L
& y' Z, B9 t0 u* W( K
Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.7 d- C4 H9 X, s. F. O: _3 ^

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR & Q8 E" h% \# t4 j8 P- ~. Y6 R
" s7 b% g7 D* D" K+ cThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

% j, S; o, W$ F+ ROne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

8 o8 q% O! F0 m% j; fHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company., d7 m+ b) M3 {4 H0 e2 l, c; [

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
