There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run - S3 }& x3 Z& ^! K
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
/ E- \9 w, m5 P; o( |there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
' @+ Y8 b* Z' I, o& w6 `/ {9 D+ Dweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
" Z/ N& }( v$ ?; e4 ~English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
8 x$ n1 v m+ |6 W o1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 8 }. `: k0 q+ w# t" A5 k( y
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
) {8 p. b, L A2 m; j(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by 5 a: t1 |0 r+ P2 n% I6 \: g
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult

through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These 8 {3 w9 N7 y* ?, ?) T
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
3 ^0 @' X, ?% J4 t6 J, }) Z$ s" kvariety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different $ ^2 U2 p5 D& T% Y0 ^
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - - b$ f. u$ g% t( [7 {5 E5 q5 s
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to 5 D7 P+ @5 H9 a5 ^
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your ; z+ L# z$ g; W# v+ X$ ^" N& b
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
