There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous " n- M$ G8 d+ Z
enrolment and small class sizes.

( g8 j3 T9 H2 M1 G8 xThe LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
6 g/ @* t9 I p( ^2 z" cduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
" t9 d/ P; G T3 P. Mthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 * t5 C; f! G* t8 Z
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of & |+ k& E4 M, y4 X5 u" ^
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate * y% Q' D# t9 ~" `
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
9 e1 y- k* j6 D, }6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
0 c( a4 r( @/ t) p(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
, D$ u2 S* ^8 f$ l3 u! A/ {0 ~; d }professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult ) V- }2 c1 _0 Q- R5 q) P7 V
Canadians learn a second language.

The CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders 1 \: ~5 N& E C+ T% K" A
(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday + q" J: g7 v1 q) u8 i
through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These ) L, ? l5 C/ k+ ?% R3 y
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
; _* P# `& ~( T2 i% dvariety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different 7 h u; F, o& b' e# m
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

& k- I q# M2 OIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - 3 \: O% g! |! ]% r' Z
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to
( K9 a. E% e$ U& X# j- ~$ C1 p3 Cwrite the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your ; J, I: [5 p5 \. V
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
