There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
( d6 v& p1 K# r0 w* hthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
- _' F2 S I5 F2 Q7 Q2 fweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 6 H' H; Z5 [. q, j
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate * O- C" M. `9 b3 ? p# O$ `
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels ' k/ G& n% W! [# p
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
0 E9 O4 w, K1 s0 ]) o& d& L( R7 T" C(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
' [4 N# @* {; f9 [5 uprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult

The CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders

developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

3 U1 ]& a3 }: V1 @9 s3 UIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - 3 E3 A- [9 q# y3 T
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to 8 T9 v5 Q+ h: t9 p4 y, V5 J
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your 2 b, n; ?% \' F5 ^- c5 W( j6 l" ^
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
