The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run . ?+ {5 g: H: Z& Z9 L0 J
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - 9 z" q+ }) e0 Z: Z% h7 j2 o
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
6 K M4 ]- g4 f) B* Oweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
( E" x {/ ^" R4 eEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate " P% [" I" O" Z4 L; q2 r/ \5 u
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels + ?# ?7 W3 s1 x2 ^* f
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner # z4 Z. Y# g& Z: k
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
: n6 q( C1 I& V! D- @; p! ^5 zprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult : \$ q0 \ U5 e, V, ?! C& `3 n4 x

/ `+ q' G" j( m! V' pdevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and , b3 f$ K# M% n8 L% u

& z/ V n# ^: T. o- j% q, hIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
