There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous
1 I9 \0 t! U9 z: l8 wenrolment and small class sizes.

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
2 s! j& c1 A) K5 t* P1 `, Z! sduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
% h5 ^& J0 Z# p- cthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
- R8 \1 F$ |4 w' x- O" aweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
' L5 B- D/ M- MEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
* z. c3 T' r% W: @9 ]1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
, k, r* H6 m% C6 g- ~+ e6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner # o w# ~1 E* F3 [8 ^( X5 _
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by ; O/ }( ]* L! Q* z
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
U1 o/ t( j# j2 _" N- ECanadians learn a second language.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -

write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your 4 s) N9 b8 V% s' f' F: X
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
