The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run

there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
, X8 o# l& w5 Cweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
6 G. E& y' c2 S' M7 ~8 J5 \English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate " b* w0 {3 S ^5 n9 l1 W" ^* m
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
" f9 W2 @' a3 W: _6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner , M, E0 ]/ K5 Y6 g$ t; U( E
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
# D2 p% k- P0 ]5 C8 ~4 D" [% gprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult ( C* H& l! F" I) ^0 o k6 y5 @
Canadians learn a second language.

variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different 0 ]( [* W0 f/ C8 P
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 7 V" t$ D! H$ x7 b
Pre-TOEFL.$ Y, }3 t" m, p

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
( _* }( x7 U7 Q Ino appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to
& r6 C! S; R9 h& ]write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your ( u: s- T& t( w6 W y
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
