There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run 6 v: _! J0 o/ h6 Z+ U: ]
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
! b: w, G1 Y. f: i4 E% C" Hthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 r& `1 r; D3 |4 A" p( k
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of z3 |1 W% h. Y* D
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 5 a' a' e* ?5 M, P) R
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 2 f# K( {. ?, }( e( D! s: Z! N
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
; Z, L! I. g! i" B(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by 2 R' a2 B, u4 V& e3 ?- i' E& h
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult " ~& ^) t$ R; Y7 {
Canadians learn a second language.

5 [2 _( q. D! WThe CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders
) {5 d+ N) e' o5 _5 u(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday ! ]9 e$ Z" f: ~' T
through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These + ~+ m, P* h6 d; ~+ J ^
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a % K, m; C6 G+ W5 d& a3 w/ T
variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different
( K7 J: i6 \1 hdevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 7 q" A D* T* z% C
Pre-TOEFL.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
5 k, n* o( ]# c& rno appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to

test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
