There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

* A5 b) S3 U1 l! \7 ~, P3 |6 tThe LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
0 w9 _) J! e5 s: ^during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - # m+ o8 q( }. f1 M$ L( H+ K
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 8 u- b' b* L* D8 C% }5 C
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
M( \2 [9 E/ _) r# j9 k1 V) ^English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate - R% y, p' h. H+ A
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 1 N) u" H$ k6 X5 T
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 3 h$ L! b4 }7 }% N( {: Z; N
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
- T, D q$ s' a2 Mprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult " C _8 F( I/ v0 T9 H, F- Y7 [0 M
Canadians learn a second language.) H& w6 C5 u; H

The CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders 4 Y7 i2 B& {' @% `- W
(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday
- C% Q/ [4 V) t+ k0 s$ C. s# cthrough Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These 4 \. M, M$ p1 x! P
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
# Z' r# p- ^& O. k0 I+ k) |7 a9 Qvariety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different
2 d7 _0 v l2 edevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 4 G% _9 y/ ?% Y l; L' N( \

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
