Skills and Competencies:
/ G  C4 k, U# e6 ]0 r  a7 T3 e! p: d3 E•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
- \& M* X. u; @( l6 u# T' i0 @0 d$ r•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
: `9 B3 f3 L1 C$ A! E# X$ h•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
5 n; Y- G# E& B•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
! {$ r9 q' u5 L' ?3 ]•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
& [, j5 N! x2 F& W•        Strong interpersonal skills.

6 ~& x% d: V. m3 S( m( G•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
# w+ V+ V" n" [3 M6 f. u•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
1 }  _7 i$ n7 P$ ]•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
