•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
5 f4 Q; E2 [/ m' `, p# F" s•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
6 y3 e" @( S; a0 U  j, }•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Y% I* n5 y$ J$ \•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
+ ]1 P, y% o8 D/ ~& ?9 \- _4 `" M•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
; v. y  ?! w' t•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
