The one on the second floor at WEM is called Gold's Gym.
# y$ G8 ~1 g5 K# {  A( yBesides, there are a lot of Club Fit spots, one in downtown at Jasper Ave.
6 W+ O1 x: n+ Z& ]1 YUsually, the first time you go there is free but you need to know somebody who has a membership there to take you there. Otherwise, it's not cheap.

By the way, if you are a student, it's free for you to go to the GYM in your school.
