place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 5 Q1 {# i B& k% {; j0 p* u
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.- F6 s7 w: o) s% g5 j# [/ ~, y
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done., M2 n0 Y$ t$ e" D
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
