how to cook steak

It is very easy!
shake some salt over the steak on both sides.
let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

; q" P8 p* s5 W% k, Eplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
8 W. }! T5 \& A& ?1 {then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
