Are you an immigrant woman who:
1 b, g/ k. g8 r( v9 h
7 h7 U; i3 ?( B: [0 ^  \$ M-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
5 ?4 l' ?8 P3 L& E-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

7 v9 W7 W. T+ MIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

) X5 {( w) T+ w9 XMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

+ z0 }4 r0 {6 i# h0 GTHE COURSE OFFERS:

8 [1 K; T/ M- p- i! c. bCounseling to help you find what is right for you.
Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
$ }( ~3 j5 U' M9 DInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
