Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
& i0 d! i+ v6 [: S5 t# y& w- HResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
3 W8 u$ D% ?6 O$ X3 ~/ y6 X& i- iResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers

Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
+ k8 ^3 L- c0 O* ?" e# S3 ORecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
( n5 x4 ?/ [9 P' P& ~Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations- e7 p6 z( q! C
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
