CSSA trip to Vancouver and Victoria in the Spring (April 27 - May 2)

The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

" e6 m' L9 t! q: Q5 _$ h& A4 {8 XHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
+ U" I' L( P5 B6 k  Y; ?. s- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
% J# S( l* a8 o; X& q7 k% r3 b; _4 g' n- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


) S( R% P7 b' G- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
* q* R) V- d( d, Y- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- @* V+ C  ~; p: |) d- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

$ o6 H4 h9 [7 m- O* ?  WAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
