The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

& W& n* g6 c. B; ~Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)
$ H4 |/ u! e& J) p
= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
! `8 P2 n& I! [4 fThis price includes:
6 J& k7 \: ]) E5 n1 [- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
+ T3 a0 [' w/ D5 W! W

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
6 T7 [  s% E9 B/ w% G) g$ r  j- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
