Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

$ F2 K/ Z' E/ @  c5 L* i+ A1 E- SPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

. F; S; u+ ~& G% P* t( c& Z' O' \  r- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
! B- i! p' f; H- i- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

$ T- e# S7 W4 a. c5 ?" J6 jAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
