Foreign Ministry spokesman Arye Mekel says a plane is on the way to southern China carrying clothing, medical supplies, generators and tents for victims of the May 12 earthquake.. R/ }5 k/ H- k- }: G+ n* M* m

Mekel estimated the shipment was worth US$1.5 million and said it was due to arrive in China later today.
