在做運動時,常喝水吧。 . r% |9 T) J' }: S4 |; W T8 y0 T- n+ }3 K k) e/ W
Make sure you are well hydrated... water, not sodas, and that you are breathing through your nose and not your mouth. Don't just drink water right before and/or after exercise, that will give you tummy ache. drink plenty throughout the day AND KEPT YOU THROAT WET WITH WATER DURING EXERCISE.
