: @- I& {& t: h) \9 D* n0 C6 K+ XContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
! y1 a/ v9 _6 B3 H' K% e" @7 ZHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
3 b# E4 M  N% J8 _; o
" J3 x$ ^+ P, M0 [( t  _1 ?$ wDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

% j& E# }. _) ^6 l& P(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
! f! I4 M+ T2 Z' V" u: y7 c5 uHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

* k! x7 m  m% S; f6 Z7 c  M. \4 LDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

# w  c% J9 U3 v* w7 w) U4 u5 U0 wDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
