本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

6 L+ ^1 {6 \4 f% a& W# ~: w) }' X8 k我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
8 X: J2 ]5 r+ n) ^4 o1 T
+ \5 Z) e  V% U2 ]- ^因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
2 N% v5 S/ f) q7 r  {, R5 e有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
