The fastest pace was in Regina, which saw a year-over-year price increase of 29.6 per cent, down from its record rise of 34 per cent in April.

' s% R- o7 R9 ~" r$ ZPrices were up 2.7 per cent in July from a year earlier, down from June's annual pace of 3.5 per cent. On a monthly basis, prices edged up 0.1 per cent between June and July.2 b2 n* O8 Y$ c9 @1 P3 m

"The growth rate of the index has been on a downward trend since September 2006," the agency said.
