' g: L7 }2 d6 F; QThe rent is $699  and it covers all the utilities ( electricity, gas and water).

I can discount 100 dollars for the first month. It means you only pay $599 for April. It is on the tenth floor and it has a very beautiful view.

It is very convinent to go shopping to southgate mall and superstore and IGA. It also has bus( route 50 and 43) to university and Downtown(route 30 and 33).
