Major Responsibilities:

$ ~6 r% x1 m# k& V( l! }$ F7 uGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:; R F; u7 X9 w" {' K
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
! @, X! H$ l& ro Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
D4 r6 O$ z! V# u" o: Vo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.5 F4 h; z, Q9 G1 b6 z/ T) p
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
# \& q0 G: q: I$ S3 L: f/ C- Qo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
8 o4 W+ @; J. U& F6 G# Y) ^o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
( r& J+ p% v+ {9 {; o& @o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
1 {4 f0 E8 P6 Z9 `4 C6 {- `: Do Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
: s& r- o4 l; N2 e! u3 i, ^) H! so Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.. l2 K; C' ]0 F
Operational:
6 _" N, k( i# @' F( I) I+ ?% ao Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.5 Q' _) q7 ?! {9 |# w4 y+ {0 r
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
' t% p9 L/ e! po Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
. p U& b( ?/ p) O! Lo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.! h( F* d- v4 D; x1 u1 Y
Clerical:
' R. T- Y/ s; g3 @6 Jo Telephone and reception.: F, c4 ~* m, Z8 k) v( w {" A
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
+ \$ |; Z" ~2 s( C4 c1 m! qo Hotel and travel bookings.
9 _9 Y2 m4 o4 G% J: Lo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.0 w% F p& Y8 h; V- W2 [" q
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.5 _+ ]$ b& A6 f' X$ [) N5 `* d' [( H9 ?, J

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.0 ?8 \1 e+ ~" \5 M6 s: M
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
