I have 2 townhouses for sale at 114 street & 139 Avenue. this is a well managed and well located complex with very low condo fees ($130/m). newer windows, new patio doors. new fences will be instaled next year.

presently there are six properties for sale in this complex on MLS.ca. The listing prices are $219,000.00, $221,900.00, $224,900.00, $229,900.00, $234,900.00, $245,000.00. You can check them on Mls.ca for zone 27 in edmonton northwest.

The other townhouse is renter occupied, therefore, I only can sell it to an investor. The renter has been there for 15 years and has never been late for rent. The rent is $1,100.00 per month plus utilities for now and paid by 12 postdated cheques each time. The unit has same layout, size and condo fees as the one above.
