We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

& p5 T0 S2 D9 r' m2 N) W2 ~$ f, SDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
! _, \" @; e# l* }. P: A0 a•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
5 l) k: {& b, w2 ^4 m' T•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

- o5 }* u! W; L9 qRequirements:
' P$ w% j( @6 z$ V0 T•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
0 @2 `# ?0 _, @9 P& N8 t) t•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
0 o. n9 ~. T' `" A) _+ z, H# ^$ p•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
3 A- U4 J+ \' w" e# U) W- c- P•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
7 l: X4 o3 q% ?. k•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
