0 x; \4 Z6 Q& B7 y3 ~ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

* i- N% H- o) _" J# V( D/ J0 k3 CDuties:
* J) X, T+ D9 K$ _/ z4 y5 ]•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
' S6 u. q- i8 I•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
! ]  a7 I" ~8 j2 g" ^1 w•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;

, X9 e$ _6 |# S•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
, a; i. C: t* _: y' D8 A•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
( L9 L5 c! {$ a9 X•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
