Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
2 T' N7 \+ t* W2 a1 c. Q2. Power steering flush         99.95        
& t9 s2 M+ I! r; _  u6 c/ p3. Brake flush         99.95
* K7 v' m: ^! V% w4. Coolant flush 139.95
/ ?. Y; ~8 t7 g" b* S# g) C6 c5. Major Emission service        174.95
' g) W) O2 i$ b8 U3 Y6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
4 ?! f: n. ~6 t5 J! x6 M
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。
