Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

" \) f0 A& h; ]7 S2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
" W* x& B7 s, I% ~5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
9 t# o% ~* k- Q( f" w; ?* h
1 |9 d4 x/ z0 r' v; h$ s. h8 ZDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

3 |' q+ i8 x1 L8 {! W, P我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。

对啊，呵呵，这些我都做，不做的话，将来还车时候要有问题啊。
