最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体 p7 L, S) R& y0 ~* v7 b( @& \
育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了3 U& E$ f0 u' t7 U# s' j+ m' t+ T
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，7 k0 z. o9 v: j! x: s, @
九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并

have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,

this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind; D* ]7 o: W( [# t0 p4 E4 u0 q

3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are

endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
& @4 a( x4 U5 _$ S5 ^work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
