各个公司一般都是今年后半年就开始制定明年的财政开支计划了。如果2009年年中到年底石油继续下滑，跌到30块/桶甚至25块/桶，那将对各个石油公司2010年的财务开支计划产生重大影响，真的到了25块/桶的时候，对的Fort Mac的影响也将是巨大的。
