if some of you having problem starting your vehicles engine
try put a bottle of gas line antifreeze while you refueling
in particularly if you park your vehicle outside.

frozen gas line is one of the most common problem why driver unable to start their
vehicles engine in winter time, particularl when outside air temperature is extremely
cold. it is important for you to put a bottle of gas line antifreeze while you gasing up
your car next time. it will prevent the water condensation in the gas tank and gas line
from freezing so it will block the flow of gasoline reaching the engine. this is the main
reason why you would not able to start your engine. it will also help if you keep you gas
tank with as least half full to reduce the level of water vapors.
next time if you unable to start your engine. just have your car tow to a indoor garage.
give it 4-6 hours of time. you should able to restart your engine again without costly
repair. you can buy this gasline antifreeze at all gas station because it is a hot selling
items for $1.50-2.00. but you can also pick it up at all canadian tires location for ~75 cents.
gasline antifreeze will sold out quick in a cold snap. just like cooling fan will sold out
quickly in a hot day.

i went to canadian tire, try to buy some more
gasline antifreeze. its all sold out.
if you do not have gasline antifreeze in your
gas tank. try to keep gas tank as full as possible.
particularly you park your car outside in the cold.
plus make sure plug in the block heater.

现在加油站的汽油里已经有足够的防冻添加剂，理论上不用再自己添加任何东西，除非-40度以下。还是查一下电池电压，用BLOCKHEATER, 路况好时去跑跑高速。

few years ago, petro can advertised their gasoline in winter has
antifreeze additive. i am not sure they still does it or not.
but i have never heard about other gas stations that their gas
has contain antifreeze additive.
next time you can ask the stations attendant and let us know.
