As expected, a very quiet week for real estate activity in the Edmonton area (this is typically the slowest week of the year). Starting tomorrow, lots of out of towners will be out looking in the Edmonton area (combining their vacation time with a little house hunting). The week after next "new listings" should start their annual rise, I expect at a higher than average rate. Knowing that it takes longer to sell a home now, many sellers will try to get their home on the market early this year. |
