歧视面面观

认为自己受到歧视实际上是你看到的镜子里的自己。
虽然我也曾受到不公正的待遇，我从未感到自己受到歧视。事情总有解决的办法。
我在工会工作的经历总体是愉快的，只要自己手上的活拿得起，人家还是尊重你,拿你当朋友。
我的同事谈起其他与他们工作的中国电工的时候，
1 R- \' e( }& r, y6 i5 J* L3 ~只要活干得好。他们还是服气的。
1 \. ?* k  B( O( ^工会今天能做到这一切，他们还是相当大度的，这不是我一个人的感觉
有时心态是很重要的.

歧视是无处不在的。鬼佬们自己也不是一条心。别太在意。

受到不公正的待遇Because you know nothing about electicity, barrier of  language  and you did not spend 5 years on apprinticeship. They expect you are on the same level as the "normal electrician" since your are a journeyman, including everthing.

8 Q- }1 E7 W0 Q. V$ S' u4 bNo electrician needs 5 years apprenticeship to be a qualified electrician in Canada.

It needs 4 years or 6000hrs....

纠正一点小差错：需要5850小时，同时干满四年学徒。
3 o0 Z; V+ k2 V$ h/ y- N因为第四年上学时间多4个星期，所以只需要1350小时。

我们这次就有一位从阿尔伯塔四年学徒出身，并取得电工证书的中国同胞也一样受的不公平待遇。他已在工会各公司服务六年了，在我们元月二日的聚会上有站起来提问，包括新闻媒体，工会领导，特邀嘉宾，有二百来人可以作证。

I have been working for electrician job for more than 8 years in Canada, and I got journeyman rate after 4 years hard working. Whether you believe or not, most of our chinese electricians are the best electricians or will be the best electrician here in few years. I believe I am the best one in my company.

# U2 n2 R! \: {% INext time, if you want some electricians conducting wiring for your house, or commercial building for your business, or industrial plant for your company, just call me and you will find out yourself.
