收养非常严格,其中有一条必须的是父母双忘.
该子有母在,何必要你养???而且该子年纪16,马上成年. 所以lz放弃收养计划.

( B  \; s5 l1 o  J0 U7 C# w" W# |! a而且从你的说法,楼主其实是想接某子来加拿大,企图通过收养的方式来实现.

请楼主转告其母,绝对不可能成功.

Thank you so much, suvescape. As his uncle, not sure if it's possible to adopt -heard there is some relative adoption policy. Anyway I will try to check more before doing that.
