8 P3 C7 \0 e3 wThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
) ~6 u2 l! N' P5 F" WThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
@% ~4 ?1 ?$ N% j% bThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
4 @! J8 V6 g' R- u6 nCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
% p6 I6 t4 f1 y( d @" }+ G6 j C- MCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
