Diesel Car Can't star up again!

Diesel car is really hard to start in cold winter.

: r0 }1 g% W! W! A" c6 D- \% u; W7 D) I8 sI have a 06 disel TDI, cound not start again this morning becuase there is no plug in on parking lot.
  P- _7 E+ S, q4 M. q( C: O

Last time when temp dropped to -30, it was dead also.

2 P7 r3 f" h% w! }I just wondering do many Chinese drive a TDI in Edmonton? I personally don't like a car need a lots of attention.

My Mercedes always start no matter the temp is. Might due to I use syn mobile 1 oil?

because you still have summer diesel in your tank,  summer diesel will gel up at  -12.

% Z# ^" v7 D5 ~7 ^you should leave this car in shop overnight, let it warm up,  add in some diesel anti-gel addtives and fill up with winter diesel

This car was from Vancouver, maybe it is becuase of the fuel.

With Plug-in, easy one strike start, but without warming up, needs 5-7 times try.

7 e: z7 r5 J7 x# r3 M# m  GI do follow the manual saying to the position 3, wait until the icon gone, still needs 3-6 times try in cold weather.

This TDI shows more concerns than the hard to start in winter.

6 \/ {4 w8 I- {when temp drops below -20, the shocks all around squeeze!

- H* G) D1 J3 U/ pIt is anoying and the VW says they can do nothing on this.

I am very disspointed with VW, last time I had a jetta city 2007 only 10,000km, the engine shakes like hell, and sent the car the VW, they say:"it is normal!" I don't think so then becuase a gas engine car should not behave like that, stering wheel is jumping (no exagerating)

7 b9 q5 ~& I% J% m" fSuzuki Aerio 2005-2006 have the same problem due to the wrong spec of the shock absorber, maybe TDI is designed for warm weather driving only.

冷油，比汽油车热的都要慢不少。
/ ~9 a' o# x5 H点车的时候，当然不容易啦。最好还是插电。
或者underground。

我开道奇的柴油车，冬天打火是费尽，除了柴油本身的原因，
  ]% C! Z0 t, p$ a$ T我觉得车上的报警系统很费电，连续3天不开，估计就打不着了。

/ A: n' Z: q# `. [& z2 p( k% E* L除了插电，还要把车头摆好，准备早上 借个火。
; s$ M3 u# Q0 ^' x) L寒冬快过去了，明年再好好准备吧。
