如果撞车造成给对方的损失超过了一千快。

. T! n  v9 e4 o对方说必须要去警察局要张NOTICE才能在BODYSHOP修车。。。

想问的问题是。。。

1 v: }$ v* M! l- b1)如果对方去警察局要修车NOTICE的时候，警察会不会通知我的保险公司？（因为我们想私了）

2)因为错在我方，他通知警察局后警察是否再会给我一张不遵守交通的TICKET.

3)万一警察通知了保险公司，但我们都认可私了，不用保险公司出一分钱，我的保费还会再涨吗？

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

警察局只管备案，然后给双方一个修理车身都单子，其他他们就不怎么管了。

- h3 w2 @" }9 r8 _3 _3 u2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

听对方的语气 ...

+ T0 Q- I2 \6 P- |3 u# ]你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

but there are other bodyshop that is short
of business that they will do anything for you, even fill in the
