Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

) j3 M% e" k& Q' w- W8 A2 s: dThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

1 j, t- r$ i; a) p+ e+ fI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

, U, S/ l3 @/ ?7 L" u0 b现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
