有病痛的时候，最好不要乱吃止痛药。痛是身体有问题的信号，如果不抓紧调治，小病会拖成大病的。

除非是强效止痛的才需要处方的。
' x$ z1 u& G$ S2 I" j8 p如果一般的像tylenol之类的，随便便利店或者超市都有的卖的。

Advil比较普遍，主要成分是布洛芬，基本上等同于中国药店可以见到的，中美史克生产的芬必得。

Advil or Motrin are quite common in Canada. they are a mild pain killer.

, _  \6 Z5 `% w" |. kTylenol works for pain too, but not as effective as Advil / Motrin.
If your pain is moderate, you can try Tylenol No.1 - that contains codeine.
But you have to get it behind the counter in pharmacy.
