The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

7 G4 c, l2 r* W6 F" gIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................& z) [8 }/ B& U( V/ n

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.. ?, m" R% J- P3 @+ L5 P6 o

) }# Q0 U. a; Z% ~  I: yStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.% ]3 Y1 W: X0 r0 x8 f) @

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.( z8 |) V* e5 O

ISSUE THREE:UPS
! F8 W9 p. s8 k' N* p/ `( T0 Y6 J. u& z. J# f! n1 M- a
TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
. L1 Q: E/ o7 o: t' I
" h$ @/ g, G8 D- JLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
% Q" r& f! E* _7 V2 U/ `# Q% ]- \5 p7 a0 [
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:+ G) a7 C4 C9 F

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.1 @# m' M& M  `& S
4 N; x! `0 N0 Y& `$ b
ISSUE FOUR:BMO
% q5 n8 Y! h7 l/ V4 A' X

[6 a' I% C! x% K1 S3 LBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!/ q6 x+ {" d' w! G1 z7 n8 ^) V% R

8 L9 C2 }& f# c9 Y, EHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。# `7 k3 t* R- `( C3 O
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
4 i& \, _. K* p9 \4 X& m5 o因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)0 r; K8 z8 P5 k2 D# ^% e: k
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!! {, t: P- d! P, y" F- o3 E
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!- e2 w' Y; z! w* l
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator' m$ V  E' B0 {5 ~
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator! n# _5 U/ r' H+ |0 S9 q8 L1 [5 d$ L9 Q
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況3 \/ X& \6 Y; _/ O
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。; E1 s* ?. R6 T$ F7 J  W3 S

% A6 U. b1 X2 Z0 c2 n% ^' V. ?- P最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!# Z2 \- e8 z/ H' N+ u/ j
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
8 ?% ^% ~" P) G, _: A再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
, C5 Q6 }* I3 |. j# j3 U( O' v0 H! Y3 g  z$ ^& A8 w; u
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情: F) p; S: u3 w  \& E
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
. W  b3 P5 n2 e7 p這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
: X3 Q0 Z, I1 _. D0 O# a! N$ m- J對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
# ], ]9 j. K4 B! A不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!6 \- T* M5 N0 j: y: F
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
& Q: a/ U( m4 Y# H7 [: s  ]所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! ; o$ t  O; g% [
0 b4 W" H# ~3 w! O  P6 v
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
9 c: b8 @' c6 g5 s% OLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

) |; }0 u' e# |/ {: j不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
