The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"" o+ t) f: n- r0 L) {

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................/ E* `0 Q' a4 O8 n/ T

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......+ v% S+ Q! u0 k* X! k! C& w

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.' n9 Y! n6 Z7 Y  q- ]
$ O7 _8 J, `1 B  L9 s# [
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.) T/ x7 M1 T, f# e

3 U3 t( h7 l5 h, N" SISSUE THREE:UPS2 h# i! d) L5 M% m1 ^) X  O

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
& D4 c2 d& C% c& V6 D$ S2 ~. x6 D7 I' I: ?1 p! ]
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
& Z" D9 P9 f+ `3 T$ {, {; S
% `9 p2 I  U: {  RTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
' r  y2 P( p2 L. Q/ k' H* W/ C. b# J' M# f7 U
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.2 `% ]' S$ p! ?

2 {9 t8 M* G& v' {2 _ISSUE FOUR:BMO$ G+ @; f( _% G" m. Z
' U9 Z5 T0 H; f9 d8 a+ j( L0 Z
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................& w) V! a, z' K: i  a) T

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
& q* \) p! l) g) V所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。/ i8 R' ]; m* l; g( |/ u3 T4 R
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)3 ^4 d; ]/ ^. }3 F$ k
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
8 W& D1 Z( w! G4 y/ {# W也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!7 U! _$ E  N' [9 Y+ }
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator& G4 _- C, F; V& c8 ?6 B
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
8 Y* @9 S' C2 H& G8 ~3 }; Z有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況  v( O2 H" k! f7 k) i7 j; Q
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。8 h, u4 e0 h1 t2 Y: x) {! J
1 U. I4 h1 o$ l% v( D
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
: o7 M+ R" M0 ], b, }+ G(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
# K& Q% e5 l5 }3 l  W7 P再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?1 r: ^. R3 H1 V# [& \" X) R$ B
/ h" k2 y) L# L! W
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
1 A( I! O) Q$ d* W+ w就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
. |. }, X6 J: p9 U9 _: r這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!; W7 L2 O1 x) W" n* w! Z
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
5 C* n3 j; E& R3 `不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
5 ]1 _3 [. G7 G9 I; }& e* c8 w: K5 ~日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
3 m  P' {# |& j/ M: j/ m3 [  U所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! 9 A( e- _- C5 `7 w/ |0 j
' ], K1 T, F, w4 D
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
, M1 C' \9 _4 W0 {6 mLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

$ w2 ?; u/ N! ]- z. y/ _不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
