& Z& o7 ~/ O7 l. R! J% \( e$ uFORT MCMURRAY, Alta. - Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU) and two of its contractors are headed to court next month after being charged with dumping partially-treated sewage from two work camps into a northern Alberta river.

The nearest downstream community is Fort MacKay, but a spokesman for the aboriginal settlement said the 600 residents take their water from another river that's not connected to the Athabasca. |
