How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?

) _9 v9 B" f5 N) e6 _! Q) l/ i7 ~1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
8 P- V4 |2 C' u3 u2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;) q+ Y1 h. V) I9 D- D" \9 d
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
0 |2 y/ I) i% ]# B; s4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;3 c, G8 T8 Y1 P
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;: x' u- W1 Q h
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).

And another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes., {8 B* p; F' u% A% l: k: x
