其实这个规则未必人人清楚，但是有投诉只好有处理。

/ l7 K( _$ n: J- n" @0 C我决心判下去，还在于被告的发言在这里颇不妥当，煽风点火的味道很重，不单单是个禁言期间发言的问题。

haha, you need proof to prove the suspect guilty. how come if the suspect cant prove he didnt crime then he is criminal????
