- Organize focus group(s)
3 y2 x7 j& K( A, @7 ^- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports0 P1 Q* K" b, k* ]9 y
- Recruit children for summer program
- j0 O0 a7 g" x+ p- Provide orientation for parents4 q5 y n' m6 c) U! K0 E
- Find sponsors to enhance program( I5 Q. ^" D* o1 {8 n3 \( o
- Supervise volunteer(s)# T4 \% e, D: }, ~
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:% D# {0 v* Z# \6 x) i
, \4 C& _" O. E! b' S5 s" F- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education. H" U4 t, l4 o0 p z A
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- [( v7 s2 L2 Q* o) Y+ r$ A0 p- communication skills
- P3 d- x% j8 J2 L, J6 M- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
7 ~$ B4 a% T: X/ \0 @( e- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
9 v) W* a- P8 h1 T" u/ D- good computer skills
8 \7 v( t% c4 j* Q. r8 `, M* K- leadership abilities3 |1 c2 I; z8 k3 T" l* N
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
