Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

' T$ Z# J4 A5 Y0 }, A9 H" [' NWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
3 e: a- N( j5 d' y6 S3 hSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
# |  z0 J# R4 `+ h2 w4 V1 ]- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
9 p6 r6 W! s' B& j9 A: r+ ?# r- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
) y/ I( I( ]3 \! Y) @3 }3 P' Z- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
; s+ K; z) W- V8 {  w5 \- x( K- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
: Y& ]. W1 M+ G5 j- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
4 I0 `4 V& q6 V* ~- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
