Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
7 |2 G6 \# [0 M- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
+ e4 h4 ]% E3 q- u% V1 f% g' z8 t  j- Good time management and organizational skills required;
1 |- ]: U+ h! {0 a7 Q% R0 w- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
