( y- l9 J9 B& @- `+ dIs looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.

& j0 H- Q0 x; o- Good time management and organizational skills required;
; N8 X9 f/ y& X- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
; @* [1 k6 V" o$ w! b- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
9 y% n5 [; m# l: p& b- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
6 X3 c( n' I# v0 n3 I- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
