5 Q; E3 w+ Y( }2 x9 n& yWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
' S. H* h0 P( m5 ZSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
; T4 T3 f* @& |1 C' H- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
! v2 _& ~) `) H" t" |- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
6 T0 D0 f! Q3 J0 \1 b  ~- Post-secondary education preferred;
5 a- d7 x1 i; R7 n) D3 t- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;

- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
