- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program # S( y! e2 G$ R+ T; `7 V }
(ages 6 to 15)

0 f+ z$ V' P. `5 X7 ~- Recruit volunteers for summer programs
2 [; p+ M4 ~# C& d- Record keeping

- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency. Y* Z$ m4 ^2 d! Y$ r0 s+ @4 y- |1 {
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

5 w, i8 _, r2 r! g, m% G* J- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education0 p: b6 | @& ~8 P2 q( w
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
( d0 H) d- w- r7 r- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills: G& l3 {0 r3 g% F9 f& _6 {
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities6 F5 x2 ^/ u' Q2 t! L% F
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
) o8 [+ D# g8 ]: V% `4 ?7 `$ ]- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities/ \% T7 B( T* d: `
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; N3 E3 J, x/ M: X
- Returning student (should return to school after summer)4 Z, K6 g5 G) N( J+ S

Other Information:
+ s3 z0 N0 A& Z- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning) ) ?% R) h1 E2 g8 ~( a% G0 R- L6 T
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
