- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the ' M! \, b \" e, v' @- t
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps: q. \. f7 C( _. o J3 b) h+ |8 [
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
) ]. l- `) [! v/ |& x0 ~- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
+ O% o% G, H6 E' t" f2 K- @- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

Qualifications:1 Y7 n4 i+ ~( o" T% d
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Z/ o5 `3 _5 Q3 ?* M' @
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
3 m' H5 K* M |( Z, I- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
3 `$ Z: b8 J# N. M* G- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills6 Q3 k/ i. Q) _0 O7 V
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities5 F# p) f- A( ~6 A; r) U P5 u& _
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese- _+ ~$ g) Z' u/ _! l+ U0 l
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities

- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
9 ]- a/ @5 R* A and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)- I$ U# o0 p8 x: Z4 q% Z
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
