-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
2 v- H+ E  M) G' @0 M        implementation of the Summer Camps
6 ?9 P" E# F0 U5 a( y3 I-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
- j/ G' y% b1 W7 e+ M-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
* }% D8 `+ {# q8 Y$ b-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

8 `( x0 m4 G5 t0 X; N! G. kQualifications:
  s/ G: i! S" T! {-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
% P* C# [7 ]& r* i-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
/ p4 M, X# R! Q: i. u: x-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
2 Z5 S* K: Y% o3 l. o-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
/ B  N% c) F$ [' I. a/ b# ^-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
% s" z" h- Y, Q& ]8 J- k# T-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

: d5 R  f% o; s1 D% F+ d-        $14.00 per hour
