Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

' \& R# u$ m0 ]* a, yTime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
8 F7 l4 Z! A, a2 W5 _Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
# q+ d( `( i$ Q' E$ Z  r1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
1 ^, r) P7 O" U, W% U, M% ^3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
) e/ c( r  ~5 a' V: m4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
7 i. o1 q$ I0 t) I3 w8 F6 V6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
