Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
) C/ \* [( B3 I) [( D. [3 u- R1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
- ?( \5 e3 z, z& {. s* A  f2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
2 k* A( o- o4 g+ |& m% }/ h  ?4 T3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

# K% ^3 m( {  n9 j/ vWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
