Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
; @/ |9 Q1 j5 G, b: g, i7 sPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
- F! j' V. G* n. f1 \Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
& e! U% Z, t  B# n1 f3 z; B3 M3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
$ m% Q7 p4 k2 g# t: ?2 a4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
2 D% b8 b( Z& c5 }, J5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

9 w( c2 T! ]9 A5 {We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
