# g) ]' f/ X3 D( D. iPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
2 c& c9 `- R" j- W4 S" O  Y7 X# |Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

- {1 @4 W! Z0 C1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
6 O2 G- z6 n, u3 S. N# i3 i! `8 F% I3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
. `  U- _, Y9 o& [$ M, j5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

2 i' u. o4 W% i/ @5 `We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
