# I- o4 c+ h, O( S! l7 F" u/ wKey Responsibilities:
1 n$ R8 L) K7 P+ _- g8 q To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
# e! n* H' B7 s) n" j/ x- q8 l To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& C8 O; C- k# [* O8 `" D To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
' @0 d7 E1 V' M To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
. d0 `, K3 S. U2 I# @ 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
% x' D/ i* Y' O" v9 `* g1 G Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
* F3 _) ^( \. R# p Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
