Housing Program Worker

# F; {5 N( x) T( A7 \) S: |0 l# iKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
/ x4 j1 P( U( q& @ To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
0 L- p$ ]: y) ?2 ^/ ?, B/ J- R To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
, V4 }5 t; J; ` To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

! P3 p7 S( E# r( w( GQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
2 x0 r8 T+ E7 z3 _ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
7 I% U1 w% f5 c Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
