'discuss your offer' exactly meaning?

我收到一家公司老板给我的回信在我寄出简历的第二天：I will discuss your offer with managers on Friday when we are together.我不能确认discuss offer确切的含义：job offer? offer package? or discuss my qualification? 多谢回复。

再一次谢谢你！我从google搜索了老板的名字，杂志上有介绍他的文章，他的公司曾是英国同行业最大的，９.１１后卖掉后，转到海外重新起家的。所以我估计他有绝对的权利。另外这个职位是我建议的，他本来招美国的。

顺便提一下，法庭还没订时间那，等的太长.

Job offer 是由他们给你的，因此, 他不会说 "discuss your offer" 。

个人认为不是discuss your qualification,但是包含job offer 和 offer package的含义。楼上的建议很对，是thank you letter的good timing, 有啥之前没吹的这会赶紧再吹，不过你的成数已经极高。offer基本是到手了的，因为他没用application，关键看他给多少钱了。

discuss the terms of employment.but not means u can work as soon as possible, it may take long time.

Thanks, I think there are two meanings: one what I can offer to the company (if they want); one is what he can offer me (package), because he is no doubt my background.

He mentioned at the first letter before I sent my resume: 'We are certainly looking to expand our North American team – and engineers are generally complementary to the team. '
